A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit the deposit. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £500 is held on your card at check-in and released within 7 days of departure. Additional housekeeping, airport transfers, and concierge services can be arranged at supplementary cost.
