Children's Eyewear
Getting the right glasses for your child is about more than just vision. It's about confidence, comfort and durability. At Family Eyecare, we specialise in helping children find frames they genuinely love wearing — because glasses that stay in the case don't help anyone.
Our experienced team understands how to fit glasses for growing faces, and we stock a wide range of styles that kids actually want to wear — from fun character designs to cool, grown-up frames for older children.

Why the Right Glasses Matter
Good vision is essential for learning, development and confidence. The right pair of glasses can transform a child's experience at school and beyond.
Built to Last
Children are active. We stock frames made from flexible, durable materials that can handle everyday wear and tear.
Styles They Love
From favourite characters to trendy designs, we have frames that children actually want to put on every morning.
Expert Fitting
Growing faces need careful fitting. We ensure the frames sit correctly for the best vision and comfort.
Building Confidence
When children feel good about their glasses, they wear them. We help them find frames they feel proud of.
NHS Children's Vouchers
All children under 16 (and under 19 in full-time education) are entitled to a free NHS eye test and an NHS optical voucher towards the cost of their glasses. We accept all NHS vouchers and can help you understand what's covered.
Brands Kids Love
From favourite characters to specialist children's frame brands, we have frames that kids actually want to wear.
We also work with specialist providers such as NanoVista and Tomato Glasses for kids who have specialist requirements or different face shapes that mean normal glasses either don't fit, or don't last!
Finding the right glasses for your child matters. Book a children's eye test and we'll help them find frames they'll actually want to wear.
